CMX Technologies is a prime contractor under the US Navy Seaport-E Multiple Award Contract, contract number N00178-10-D-5950.
To meet Sea Power 21 objectives and to increase efficiency, the NAVSEA Warfare Centers established the Seaport Enhanced (Seaport-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle. This contract vehicle utilizes a web-based, e-business procurement portal, to facilitate performance-based service acquisition, leverage buying power, improve business intelligence and reduce cycle time.

Scope: To provide services, in response to task orders issued under this contract by the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, and the United States Marine Corps, that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas supported by the activities and technical capabilities that comprise the various ordering offices. Quality Assurance: CMX establishes metrics for each Task Order, in coordination with the COTR. We develop with the COTR performance thresholds or triggers for each metric. As long as the metrics remain below the threshold levels, the CMX PMO and Task Order Managers use standard monthly TO and contract level reviews to monitor quality. To maximize the quality of our Seaport-e efforts, we encourage technical and management peer-to-peer level reviews, by identifying, as part of our Task Order planning process, technical peers across TO teams. This provides informal networks of technical expertise throughout our team.
